Every plan publishes to Instagram through the official Graph API on the same schedule engine. Paid tiers raise the limits — they do not unlock the product.
Limits are counted over a rolling 30 days, not a calendar month, and DM replies count only messages we actually delivered — a failure on our side never spends your allowance.
30 posts and 250 automated DM replies per 30 days on one account, with no card required and no expiry. Scheduling, Reels, carousels, Stories, comment→DM automation and analytics are all included. We do not hold your content hostage: everything you upload stays downloadable, and deleting your account deletes it.
Payments are handled by Paddle, who act as the Merchant of Record for snazzy. Your receipt and invoice come from Paddle, and any sales tax, VAT or GST due in your country is handled by them under their registrations. Prices shown are inclusive of tax — the figure on the card is the figure you pay.
Subscriptions are monthly and cancel at the end of the period you have already paid for; you keep your paid limits until then and are never charged again. What we refund, and when, is written out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Continued use is subject to our Terms of Service.
